Carla Williams was born and raised in Zanesville, Ohio and obtained her real estate license in March of 1999 from Hondros College. Carla has a vast knowledge of a multi-county area here in Ohio. As a previous owner/operator of a real estate company, Carla realized that she truly missed working directly with buyers and sellers so she sold her real estate company so that she could concentrate on just being a real estate agent. Throughout the years Carla has recieved recognition and awards through many organizations recognizing her as one of the leaders in the industry and one of the top producing real estate agents. As a top producer in the Real Estate industry, Carla Williams is known for combining outstanding customer service and knowledge about current market conditions.
Carla is the daughter of Raymond and Lula Smith and married Raymond "Pete" Williams in October 1998. Pete is a retired engineer from PCC Airfoils and enjoys assisting Carla with her real estate business. Pete has two grown daughters who live in California. Although Pete's daughters are grown, the Williams' houshold is full as Carla and Pete share their home with three cats named Oliver, Maxwell and Gracie. In her spare time, Carla enjoys gardening and traveling.
